There are advantages and disadvantages, such as sand smoke dancing on the school ground and feeling the temperature is low.

Our work is dismantling, so dust flies regardless of the season, and we take great care when dismantling.

However, after the construction is completed, if the site is not paved, the soil will come out directly with the ground, so sand and other things will fly.

Before I knew it, it was December in the blink of an eye, and there were few left this year.

This time, it is not a story about the demolition site, but a notice about inheritance registration.

Inheritance registration will be mandatory from April 1, 2024, Reiwa 6, and if you do not apply within 3 years of learning about the inheritance, you may be fined up to 100,000 yen.

Even if the inheritance registration is successfully completed, if the real estate is not used afterwards, there will be financial disadvantages such as management fees and property taxes, as well as the risk of collapse due to aging, unexpected fires, and liability for damages associated with abandoned real estate.

However, selling real estate is not a rare event in life, and I think it will take a lot of hard decisions to make a decision because it moves a lot of money.

2024The deadline for inheritance that occurred before April 1, 2027 is also the end of March 2027.
